Candice is a brand ambassador for a jewelry company and reached out for mother-daughter photos and jewelry brand content. I wanted to take these photos somewhere that aligned with the session goals. I wanted natural light and a backdrop that wasn't too distracting. I had been to this parking garage in Downtown Modesto that I knew met all these goals. And because the session was just Candice and her daughters, we planned a forty-five-minute mini-session to capitalize on the golden hour light. I enjoyed all the different types of light we got to play with: backlit, direct sun, tawny sunset light, and, towards the end, blue hour. My favorite photos are the ones with all three girls and just seeing the mother-daughter bond. Candice is the sweetest person and you can really see and feel the love and care she has for her daughters in these photos.
