Caylie and Nick were married on Friday, June 2nd, in a dazzling spring wedding at Wolfe Heights Estates and Winery. Coverage began at 11 am in the bridal suite, with Caylie getting ready. Photographing this process is always my favorite part of the day because I can slow down, take my time and capture all the details artistically. While I was getting the getting ready photos with Caylie, my second shooter was with Nick at the groom's suite getting all his getting ready moments. After Caylie was dressed, we got all the bride and bridesmaids' photos and had her tucked away an hour before the ceremony started. The groom and groomsmen then got their pictures and were tucked away 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony was short but beautiful; Nick's dad officiated the ceremony. And while Caylie and Nick stood before their friends and family, read their vows, and shared their first kiss as husband and wife, you could feel the happiness radiating from everyone in attendance. We then took family and bridal party photos and a few couple portraits before the cocktail hour ended and the reception began. After dinner and toasts, we snuck off for a few sunset photos, and once we came back, the first dances started, kicking off the reception, which quickly became a party. The cutest moment I can recall was the last dance and Nick singing "I want to Dance with Somebody" to Caylie while spinning her around on the dance floor. This wedding was so fun from start to finish; and so beautiful. And it was thanks to these vendors:
