Engagement photos are an excellent opportunity to get to know your wedding photographer before the wedding day. You can get a trial run for the couple's portraits and get comfortable in front of the camera. And I speak from experience when I say the couples who hire me for engagements feel far more confident in front of the camera on their wedding day. I loved running around the city with Monica and Evan and taking these engagements. Monica and Evan love to visit wineries and have picnics, so Monica incorporated that into the photo shoot. Which made the photos feel a lot more personal! If you're looking to hire me for your engagement session, I encourage you to incorporate aspects of your relationship into the session. You'll feel more natural in your element, and the photos will have a deeper meaning.
